Gidgee Soprano Localele This has a Gidgee body with a QLD Maple neck. The soundboard is Spruce with a Gidgee rosette an is trimmed with a Gidgee and Maple banding. The headstock overlay is Ringed Gidgee and the bridge is Gidgee. Bridge pins are Ebony with a Mother of Pearl inlaid dot. A Cooktown Ironwood fret board has inlaid Mother of Pearl markers and side dots. The internal bracing is Maple. Finished in gloss lacquer and handed rubbed to a very smooth finish. Tuners are by Grover. Bone nut and saddle and Aquila Nylgut strings. It has a bright, loud ringing tone with lots of sustain.
